"In a world of too much negativity sometimes I felt I had to write and say thank you for our recent order. In particular the guys who installed on the day (9/11) - despite having left Cornwall and some very ugly hour they were here at 9.30 and very cheerful. They finished the job to a very high standard and went out of their way to help with minimal disruption to our office and the people around.
