Own Van Fleet Your supplies will usually be delivered in our own fleet of distinctive liveried vehicles. We maintain various sizes and types in order to ensure safe arrival by the most appropriate transport. Your goods are never mixed with other dirty or unsuitable items but delivered in clean vehicles carrying only Office Supplies and Office Furniture. We organise our distribution to get supplies orders to the desk usually before lunch on the following day. To do this we run more vehicles, more frequently than may be our industry standard, but we recognise that orders once placed are always critical and late afternoon arrivals leave little time to action the items. Own Trained Drivers Our own drivers are trained and skilled in all aspects of the final distribution process. We realise that our promise is not fully satisfied until the correct goods are in the hands of the person who needs them, not just left at goods in. The seamless running of your office functions depends absolutely on dependable, uninterrupted supply and if required we will take individual packages through your site to the desk. In general an individual driver will quickly develop an understanding of your exact preferences and will look to develop a professional relationship with users in various departments, in order to ensure that the package gets to the right hands fast and efficiently. In many instances drivers can assist with all sorts of issues about the goods and service we offer because they work for us, not a third party carrier. Furniture Assembly Service So often suppliers in our industry assume its enough to deliver boxes. We don't think so and we don't see why you should order a desk and receive a D.I.Y. kit. We have trained staff who are smart and professional who will see that the disruption to your office is minimal during furniture installations.
